How to change account settings?
Account Settings
page opens your active account details page. You might have more than one
account but Account Settings page displays your current logged in account
details. You can edit your profile and address details from the Account
Settings page. Account Settings link available in Quick Links submenu so that
you can immediately change your account details and log out than entering the
particular page and change the details. It saves your time and effort. You can
deactivate your current account also. If you haven’t re-activated your account
within 30-days of expiry period, your account will be deactivated permanently.
You can perform three activities at Account
Settings page:
- Edit Profile Details
- Edit Address Details
- Deactivate Account
Account Setting page opens at General tab. By default, the General tab is activated.
The
Account Management also let you configure, manage, and upgrade settings of your
personal account in ioMoVo. You can directly access Account management icon at
top right corner to edit your account profile and address details.
ioMoVo allows you to access the Account Setting
page in three ways:
- Click Settings button at top right corner
- Click View Account option from Account
Management button at top right corner
- Click Account Settings link from the
Quick Links sub menu at the Home screen
To view & edit in Account Settings page, perform the following actions:
- Click
Setting at top right corner or Account Settings from Quick Links submenu at
Home screen.
- Click Edit
Profile Details, the Edit Information page pop-ups.
- Click Edit
Address Details, the Edit Information page pop-ups.
- Enter
the mandatory details and click Save. The information is upgraded.
- Click Deactivate Account button. The
message box opens to ask for confirmation.
- Click OK to confirm the deactivation. The
account will be deactivated after 30 days.
