When Auto Sync   is activated, it will upload your capture to the root folder or to the folder, you are currently in. Auto Sync process wouldn’t ask your permission for uploading and syncing your images and videos to the folder. Keep Auto Sync on to automates the redundant process of uploading files. It saves your time and effort for approving each capture to upload in a folder. However, if you are not sure of your capture, keep Auto Sync Off else it will upload your unwanted captures and you might need an extra amount of time to delete those captures.
