How to add a new card for payment?
You can conveniently add a
new card for the payment of your billing transactions. Or you can choose the
existing card, if you have already added. The card is added in the Billing
section of the Account Setting page. When you are managing subscription or adding/purchasing
add-ons, you need to do payment through card. However, if card is not already
added in the Billing section, you can add card any time before payment.
In case, you are upgrading
or modifying a subscription plan and haven’t added any card, the system will
show you the alert to add card. When you click Add Card button,
it will switch you to the Payment Method to add card and billing address
details. Save card and click Set card Default check box, if you want to
set this as a default card for future payment too.
You
can access the Billing page in three ways:
- Click Settings button at top right corner, the Account
Setting page appears.
- Click View Account option
from Account Management button at top right corner, the Account Setting page
appears.
- Click Billing Information link
from the Quick Links submenu at the Home screen.
To add a new card, perform
the following actions:
- Click Settings
button at
top right corner or Billing Information link at Home screen, the Account
Setting page opens.
- Click Billing tab, the
Billing page appears.
- Click Payment Methods, the
adding card page appears.
- Enter card details, billing
details and click Save. The card detail is added for future payment.
- Click Cancel,
if you don’t want to add card details.

Active Set Card Default check box will use the added card as the default card for every billing transaction, until you select another card.
