How to manage subscription?

You can view your current plan details at the Plan page. You can add extra features and add more subscriptions to your current plan. The Plan tab shows your current plan and other associated plans to upgrade the current plan. You can upgrade to higher plan, connect to ioMoVo R, add storages, add ioMoVoS minutes, manage subscription, cancel subscription, add subscription and upgrade your current subscription. There are wide range of plans and upgrades are available with ioMoVo.

The Upgrade plan page appears at Plan tab that shows your current plan and other associated plans and features to upgrade the current plan.

You can access the Plan page in three ways:

  1. Click Settings button at top right corner, the Account Setting page appears.
  2. Click View Account option from Account Management button at top right corner, the Account Setting page appears.
  3. Click Upgrade link from the Quick Links submenu at the Home screen.
The active plan is mentioned as Active  and highlighted in green color. You can manage the active subscription plan on monthly or yearly basis and upgrade to Premium plan or Professional plan. If you want to go around the plan details, click read more link and go through the plan details. 

To manage subscription, perform the following actions:
  1. Click Settings button at top right corner or Billing Information link at Home screen, the Account Setting page opens.
  2. Click Plan tab, the Plan page appears.
  3. Click Manage Subscription  button , the Plan details page opens.
  4. Select Monthly or Yearly plan.
  5. Click Upgrade  button and select  a card for payment or pay through a default card (if selected earlier).
  6. Notification for upgrade plan will appear after successful payment.
