How to extract AI from any file type?
The Recent link displays the list of files/folders, which have accessed recently. You can perform all ellipse functions directly from the Recent File, if you have forgotten to do at My Files page.
Extract AI uses Artificial Intelligence and advance sophisticated techniques like face recognition, voice recognition to extract the minutest details about the image and video files. It identifies all visible objects, different emotions, faces, scenes, categories, frequency of important words, topics, descriptions and many more insights about the file. The Extract AI feature enables quick search and retrieval of file across multiple drives.
The Extract AI applies on all file types. However, text file, PDF, doc, xlsx, and no particular image identity so probably you won't find metadata tagging based on pictures.
To extract AI from Recent files, perform the following actions:
- Click Recent menu link at the left pane of ioMoVo dashboard, the recently added files/folders list appear. Or, click ioMoVo sub menu at the right pane and click Recently Added Files link.
- Click ellipses next to the file, the drop-down appears.
- Select Extract AI option from the drop-down, the file is send for tagging.
- Once the tagging is done, the notification flashes on the screen.
- Click Open, the insights of the file are displayed along with the file.
