How to send files for indexing from Recent files?
The Recent link displays the list of files/folders, which have accessed recently. You can perform all ellipse functions directly from the Recent File, if you have forgotten to do at My Files page.
Indexing is the organization of data based on name, description, acronyms, taxonomy, vocabulary, etc. It is the unique identifier for image and video files. ioMoVo indexes your content by using artificial intelligence to automatically generate metadata including labels and tags that are associated with your data. Well-crafted metadata tagging, based on the insights of the image and video, identifies various topics, categories, scenes, descriptions, faces, voices, emotions etc and separate the records with unique identifier. It enables you to easily filter the rich media content to optimizes the search results.
To send file for indexing from Recent files, perform the following actions:
- Click Recent menu link at the left pane of ioMoVo dashboard, the recently added files/folders list appear. Or, click ioMoVo sub menu at the right pane and click Recently Added Files link.
- Click ellipses next to the image or video file, the drop-down appears.
- Select Send for Indexing option from the drop-down, the file is send for indexing.
- When the indexing is done, the message appears in notification.
