How to send files for indexing to AI Engine?
Indexing is the organization of data based on
name, description, associated metadata, acronyms, taxonomy, etc. It is the
unique identifier for image and video files. Unique tagging separates the records and enable easy filtering of rich media content to optimize the search results. ioMoVo index your content by using artificial intelligence to automatically generate metadata including labels and tags. This metadata tagging enable quick search and retrieval of files in a short time, across multiple drives. You can get the right file at the right time, no matter where it is stored!
Indexing is done on AI Engine. You can send media files for indexing from ioMoVo. After indexing, the files are stored in AI Engine.
When file is directly uploaded in AI Engine, it will be automatically indexed. You can re-index the file in AI Engine.To send file for indexing, perform the following actions:
1. Click My files menu in left pane of ioMoVo dashboard, the files and folders list appear. Or, click ioMoVo sub menu at the right pane and click Go to My Files.
2. Click the ellipses next to an audio/video file in
the folder list, the drop-down
appears.
3. Select Send for
Indexing option from the drop-down, the file is sent for indexing.
4. When the indexing is done, the
message appears in the notification.
After indexing is done, you can click the video file at AI Engine to analyze the captured tagging and labels.
Indexing analyzes and labels the video based on the insights in the video. It captures major details such as, face, emotion, scene, speech, object, name, location, etc and help you to walk through the video and analyze any of the captured label. Advanced indexing feature of AI Engine uses AI and machine learning technique to face and voice recognition and gathers all important insights about the video. It is highly useful for YouTubers, video editors, freelancers, photographers, and anyone who is in image and video business.
