How to send multiple files for indexing at ioMoVo?
Indexing is the organization of data based on
name, description, associated metadata, acronyms, taxonomy, etc. It is the
unique identifier for image and video files. AI-based indexing feature of ioMoVo separates the records with unique tagging and enables quick search and retrieval of files in a short time, across multiple drives. Relevant metadata tagging easily filter the rich media content and optimizes the search results. Indexing is done in ioMoVo S. You can send media files for indexing from ioMoVo.
File, which is directly uploaded in ioMoVo S, will be automatically indexed.
To send multiple files for indexing, perform the following actions:
- Click My files menu at the left pane of ioMoVo dashboard, the files and folders list appear. Or, click ioMoVo submenu at the right pane and click Go to My Files.
- Select audio/video files you wish to index by
clicking the check boxes next to them.
- Click Send for Indexing
tab at top of the page. The selected files are sent for indexing.
- You will get notification once the indexing is done.
Alternatively, you can use ellipses and select Send for Indexing option from the drop-down. But this option is for single file indexing at a time.
After indexing is done, you can click the video file in ioMoVo S to analyse the captured tagging and labels.
Indexing
analyses and labels the video based on the insights in the video. It captures
major details such as, face, emotion, scene, speech, object, name, location,
etc and help you to walk through the video and analyze the captured labels. Advanced indexing feature of ioMoVo S uses AI and
machine learning technique to recognize face, voice, object and generate important insights about the video. It is highly useful for Youtubers, video
editors, freelancers, photographers, and anyone who is in image and video
business.
